How does conflict reveal the message of the play?

Introduction – Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare in the 1500’s conveying fate and conflict. It showcases two ‘star-crossed lovers’ whose death ultimately reconciles their families feud. Conflict is a main aspect of the storyline and reveals multiple things throughout the play. Things can be revealed as early as the prologue and which conflict can also be found through fate and can be shown internally and externally.

Paragraph 1 – The prologue can reveal the message of the play through its vague explanation of what the story is about. Every line in the prologue conveys something about the story and therefore is revealing the message of the play. “From forth the fatal loins of these two foes, a pair of star-crossed lovers take their life”
